management of the TIDE Private Lands.   The following names were unveiled at the entrance to the different trails:   Wil Maheia – Founder and first Executive Director of TIDE, the visionary who made the program possible,    John Pritzlaff - a devoted contributor to the management of the lands for many years,  Dan Campbell – first champion of the program and Country Director for The Nature Conservancy (TNC), and Mr. Tim Bardalez - a community stakeholder who was

instrumental in the management of the area for a number of years.  

 

The trails are used by visitors and locals alike for great birding and site-seeing among immaculate flora and the fauna.  ~30,000 acres are owned and protected by TIDE in perpetuity.  We encourage all visitors to enjoy these newly christened trails
