TIDE PCNP Report 2007

Learn more about the 36,780 acres of lush broadleaf forest, thick mangroves and wide stretches of pine savannah, that forms a significant part of the one million acre, Ridges to Reef Corridor, dubbed the MMMC.  The TIDE PCNP report for 2007 was printed and made available in hard copy format for the Belize Forest Department.  Click here to view the report

 

 

TIDE PLI Report 2007 (pending)

Unfragmented, moist, tropical, forests secured by TIDE from unsustainable development that serves as a biological corridor for important species such as the jaguar, puma, margay, ocelot and jaguarundi, which require large units of forests for their mobility, have been identified as a high priority site for conservation.  TIDE protects very important watersheds in southern Belize through the management of the Private Lands Initiative.   Learn about the PLI and click here.
